Amwell announced $100M investment. The funds came from Google Cloud and comes with a multi-year partnership to expand its virtual healthcare services globally. Amwell also filed to go public. [Built In Boston]

Sonde Health acquired NeuroLex Labs. Sonde Health’s platform detects health symptoms from a few seconds of voice audio, and NeuroLex is a voice-enabled survey and data acquisition platform. Sonde recently created a new screening app for COVID-19 that analyzes the voice. [Business Wire]
