Establishes performance expectations, removes barriers, develops team capabilities, and drives customer service, expense management, claim accuracy, and operational efficiency. Uses performance data, claim reviews, call monitoring, automation, and AI strategies to address root causes and improve outcomes. Partners with internal and external customers, supports team accountability, and escalates issues with recommended solutions.

Own revenue operations policies, global forecasting, and the CRO operating cadence. Analyze process and data issues, implement system-based improvements, reconcile sales and finance forecasts, lead executive reporting, coordinate operating reviews, document processes, and mentor teammates. Own and scale Garner’s member payments function, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Build operational processes, tools, reporting, and automation; partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Account Management, and external stakeholders; resolve complex payment issues; and lead a small team as a hands-on player-coach.

Lead the operating foundation for Affirm’s de novo bank. Own Finxact and Savana platforms, deposit and lending operations, launch readiness, controls, reconciliations, vendor oversight, regulatory readiness, and operational resilience. Build and manage the Bank Operations team, establish performance metrics, support audits and examinations, and partner with product, engineering, finance, compliance, risk, fraud, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable banking services.
