The role also assists with user training, testing, data validation, and knowledge-base maintenance.

Supports human resources and business office operations across at least three senior living communities. Serves as an HR partner to community and regional leaders, handling employee relations, compliance, investigations, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, leave administration, and policy implementation. Provides oversight, coaching, quality assurance, and temporary business office coverage, including accounting, receivables, reporting, and resident account functions. Regular travel between communities, including possible overnight stays, is required.
