Provide senior employment and labor law counsel to HR and business leaders globally, manage employment disputes and outside counsel, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, develop HR policy and training, and advise on workplace investigations, leaves, accommodations, performance management, terminations, wage-and-hour, hiring, and workforce restructuring.

Investigate and manage general liability claims end-to-end, determine liability exposure, meet statutory deadlines, negotiate settlements (up to authority), identify fraud/subrogation, collaborate with internal and external partners, and minimize total cost of risk while maintaining service and performance targets.

Lead sell-side contract negotiations and contract risk management for managed services engagements. Develop and enforce contract compliance, internal controls, and governance; translate contract provisions into guidance; collaborate with stakeholders to assess and mitigate operational and performance risks. Coach teams, drive process improvements, and represent PwC in complex commercial negotiations.

Lead regulatory strategy and compliance for Mastercard's global money transmission/payment services licenses. Provide regulatory advice, manage regulatory examinations and external counsel, design compliance controls, engage regulators, report to senior management, and support product and operational teams on cross-border payments regulatory requirements.
