Partners with HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Total Rewards, and vendors to resolve escalations, improve processes, mitigate risk, develop talent, and achieve performance goals.

Supports daily staffing allocation and schedule creation, monitors scheduling communications, enters call-outs, coordinates same-day coverage, and maintains attendance, training, and administrative records. Provides scheduling coverage, front desk assistance, and support for school-wide student activities. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and Schedule Builder. The role also involves physical crisis intervention responsibilities, required training, background checks, and a valid driver’s license.

Deliver live presentations and workshops on financial education programs, explain investment and market concepts, guide prospective students through enrollment, and support sales and center initiatives. The role combines public speaking, consultative consumer sales, and financial education. Regional travel and weekend plus weekday availability are required.

Coordinates university compliance with Title IX, ADA/504, Title VII, Title VI, VAWA, Clery, and related regulations. Investigates discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and policy violations; oversees resolution processes, supportive measures, and reporting.
