Serves as chief academic officer, leading deans, faculty, academic programs, library, registrar, advising, partnerships, and career development. Sets academic strategy, optimizes the program portfolio, advances online and AI-enabled learning, strengthens student success and career outcomes, develops faculty, manages resources, supports shared governance, and partners with university leadership, employers, health systems, and community organizations.

Leads the HR Service Center’s Benefits and Leave Administration function, managing specialists, service delivery, compliance, quality controls, operational reporting, and employee experience. Oversees benefits and leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and ERISA compliance. Partners with HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Total Rewards, and vendors to resolve escalations, improve processes, mitigate risk, develop talent, and achieve performance goals.

The role also involves physical crisis intervention responsibilities, required training, background checks, and a valid driver’s license.

Deliver live presentations and workshops on financial education programs, explain investment and market concepts, guide prospective students through enrollment, and support sales and center initiatives. The role combines public speaking, consultative consumer sales, and financial education. Regional travel and weekend plus weekday availability are required.

Coordinates university compliance with Title IX, ADA/504, Title VII, Title VI, VAWA, Clery, and related regulations. Supports the Dean and School of Nursing and Physical Therapy through calendar and meeting coordination, communications, events, project tracking, purchasing, budget administration, financial reconciliation, records management, compliance documentation, and constituent support. The role coordinates special initiatives, faculty processes, onboarding, contracts, vendors, and school-wide communications while serving as a key liaison among university offices, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

Leads undergraduate enrollment operations, systems, automation, data integrity, customer service, and new-student matriculation. Oversees Technolutions Slate and related platforms, implements AI-enabled workflows, improves processes, coordinates onboarding and campus partnerships, manages data quality, and supervises two Enrollment Operations Specialists. The role also establishes service standards, monitors operational performance, supports technology integrations, and drives continuous improvement across admission and enrollment functions.
