Own and grow ACI Learning’s partner ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling VARs, MSPs, and distributors. Manage a full quota of new and expansion channel revenue, run pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, perform partner diagnostics and QBRs, and build cross-functional GTM relationships to drive repeatable partner motions and revenue growth.

The Brand and Creative Lead is responsible for developing brand guidelines, designing creative assets, and ensuring brand consistency while collaborating with marketing teams and external vendors.

Lead pre-award management for a complex faculty portfolio: guide proposal strategy and long-range planning; manage multi-PI/multi-site proposals, budgets, subawards, and compliance; interpret sponsor policies; liaise with central offices; oversee JIT workflows; maintain proposal data integrity; implement process improvements and train/mentor junior staff.

Supervise daily customer-facing IT support operations, manage ticket queues and phone coverage, coach and evaluate staff, resolve escalations, provide hands-on technical support during high-demand periods, and drive process improvements for service quality and efficiency.

Design and implement scalable, maintainable features across frontend, services, and persistence layers. Translate product needs into technical plans, lead feature delivery, enforce quality through testing and reviews, debug production issues, improve developer tooling and automation (including AI-assisted workflows), mentor engineers, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.

Provide front-desk and telephone coverage for a school program: greet visitors, route calls, communicate with families and districts, maintain student records per DESE, handle mail and general administrative tasks, follow emergency/crisis procedures (training provided), and work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm.

Sell Axiom Learnings digital curricula and assessments to K-12 districts while managing a territory, owning the full sales cycle, and coaching a team of Account Executives. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship-building with district leaders, pipeline and forecast management, attending events, and developing sales strategies and best practices to scale revenue and team performance.

Manage DoD-funded research programs: track schedules, performance, and risk; coordinate stakeholders, contracting officials, and events; oversee student researchers; support proposals, manuscripts, briefings, and deliverables; and travel as needed to support program activities.
