About EliseAI

EliseAI develops cutting-edge agentic AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.

That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.

About The Role

As the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. You’ll own the design and execution of systems, tools, and processes that increase sales efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive revenue growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy across the entire customer life cycle; acquisition, on-boarding, expansion, renewal, and churn

  • Lead the transformation of our GTM organization with SOTA AI tools and processes (Clay, Synthesia, etc.)

  • Design and build the organizational structure of the RevOps function, hiring and developing a high-performing team across systems, analytics, and deal operations

  • Own and evolve our revenue tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, CPQ, integrations) with a focus on automation, scalability, and usability

  • Build and scale a best-in-class deal desk function in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance to streamline quoting, contracting, and approvals

  • Partner with CRO and CFO on sales forecasting, goal-setting, and performance management—ensuring high accuracy and accountability across teams

  • Use data to drive strategic decisions and establish clear KPIs for pipeline health, conversion, and rep productivity

  • Ensure data hygiene, process integrity, and compliance across GTM systems

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align revenue strategies and optimize acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role

  • Experience in scaling a hyper-growth startup B2B tech company

  • Track record of designing and scaling RevOps teams and infrastructure

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and related GTM tools, with a strong understanding of automation, data management, and AI integration

  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action; fluent in forecasting, sales analytics, and KPI management

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4 days a week

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company in the form of stock options

  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%

  • Fully paid parental leave

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401k benefits

  • Monthly fitness stipend

  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch.

  • Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program

  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays

  • We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $275,000 - $315,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
