About EliseAI
EliseAI develops cutting-edge conversational AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.
That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and dependable Executive Assistant to support multiple members of our leadership team, including CFO, CTO, CXO, and VP of Engineering. This role is critical to ensuring our executives can operate at their highest level of impact. You’ll handle a range of administrative, operational, and logistical responsibilities—both routine and high-stakes—that help the company run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You know how to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs before they arise, and execute with precision and professionalism. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of the company’s day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including team meetings, leadership meetings, board meetings, all-hands, off-sites, client and stakeholder meetings, and one-on-ones
Manage daily correspondence and communications to ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses
Prioritize incoming requests and inquiries; make recommendations to support smooth day-to-day operations
Manage executive travel and business expenses
Provide personal assistant support (e.g., scheduling appointments, reservations, and personal tasks)
Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings
Coordinate logistics and travel for conferences and trade shows for executive team members
Support planning and ordering for business-related events and meetings
Attend key meetings to track deliverables, manage follow-ups, and help drive completion of action items
Support other administrative and project-related tasks as needed
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an administrative support position or work in a relevant field (e.g. administration, communications, assistant, receptionist)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Is hardworking and excited to work at a fast-paced startup
Takes ownership - someone who thinks no task is too small
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects: excellent organization skills with great attention to detail.
High standards of professionalism, integrity and discretion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 5 days a week
Why Join
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
Benefits
In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:
Equity in the company in the form of stock options
Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
Fully paid parental leave
Commuter benefits
401k benefits
Monthly fitness stipend
A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch
Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program
Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
