Role Summary
Own social strategy, content, and channel performance across North America (US and Canada), driving SharkNinja and Ninja brand growth through owned, earned, and creator-powered social. This role partners closely with the SVP, Global Social on strategic priorities and executive-level initiatives, serving as a key regional leader within the Global Social organization and a senior pillar of the Social Signal Engine.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the North America social content calendar and channel strategy across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest)
  • Lead and develop a regional team spanning content, community, and channel management across US and Canada
  • Own a multi-million dollar creator and influencer budget, including agency relationships, platform selection, and supporting systems/tools
  • Partner with Creator Commerce, Analytics, and Creative teams to execute full-funnel social campaigns tied to NPD launches
  • Serve as regional lead for the Social Signal Engine workstreams: viral post velocity, full-funnel activation, and creative/influencer performance
  • Manage crisis response and social listening for the region in partnership with global Analytics
  • Build and defend clear operating boundaries with adjacent functions (DTC, PR, Marketing) to protect craft specialization and avoid diluted ownership
  • Report regional performance and investment recommendations to SVP, Global Social
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in social media/digital marketing, 4+ in a leadership capacity
  • Agency-side experience required; large, social-first brand experience strongly preferred
  • Deep influencer/creator marketing experience required, including budget ownership at scale
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar creator budgets, agency partners, and creator platforms/systems (e.g., CreatorIQ, ShopMy, AWIN)
  • Proven track record scaling branded social content and measurable commercial impact
  • Experience managing teams across US and Canada markets
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills; comfort operating in matrixed org structures
  • CPG, DTC, or consumer electronics background preferred

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$285,000-$345,000 USD
