The Vice President/Director of Product Management, QualityOne will be a hands-on leader driving the product strategy and direction for Veeva’s Quality applications across new industries.What You'll Do
- Define rolling four and twelve-month road maps that incorporate executive priorities, the needs of Vault applications, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other Veeva executives, product managers, and engineering architects on high-level designs for each key feature
- Coach a team of product managers on the ongoing production and refinement of requirements documents and other deliverables
- Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate necessary resource tradeoffs to maximize the value of each release
- Ensure the successful resolution of product issues identified by field organizations
- Articulate the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform and solutions to customers and partners
- Evangelize products and become the subject matter expert for internal audiences, external customers, and market-facing communications
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record as a product leader in enterprise software
- 7+ years of experience within the product management function
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise software
- 5+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Enterprise SaaS solutions
- Strong technical skills to translate business requirements into developer specifications
- Must be based in the Eastern Time zone or at least 1 hour offset
Nice to Have
- Some prior experience implementing software in a professional services capacity
- Technical degree or hands-on development experience
- Experience in process manufacturing (e.g. Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage industries) is an asset

Compensation
- Base pay: $150,000 - $300,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
