Responsible for leading strategic initiatives for major accounts, concentrating on substantial growth and sophisticated relationship management within the digital, data, and AI sectors. Develops and implements advanced sales strategies tailored to meet complex client needs and objectives. Manages high-value accounts with multiple buying locations, including international, and possesses deep expertise in the company's multi-solution product offerings. Cultivates high-level client relationships, addresses complex challenges, and identifies significant growth opportunities across accounts.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Lead the development of comprehensive account strategies, aligning with broader business objectives and client needs.
Client Relationship Deepening: Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning the firm as a trusted partner and advisor.
Contract Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with client expectations.
Cross functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services or products within the scope of the account.

Qualifications

12-15 Years of experience in account management/client success of large accounts
