Position Overview
Rockhill is hiring a Tenant Coordinator to support the General Manager/Property Manager in managing the property, including building operations, financial activities and amenity related items. Provide superior service to tenants and property owners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Act as the first point of contact for the management office
•    Answer and direct all calls coming into the management office’s main line
•    Provide direct administrative support to management staff, engineering, security, and janitorial teams including ordering supplies, maintaining files, producing and distributing forms, etc.
•    Oversee and calculate tenant billings including utilities, work orders, purchases, and miscellaneous service requests
•    Assist with scheduling and contracting vendor work throughout the building, accurately communicating impacts to tenants
•    Support building, tenant, and outside user group events, coordinating with vendors and facilitating room setups, catering orders, and other event details.
•    Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy
•    Ensure all invoices for the property are coded and processed
•    Communicate with building tenants and vendors
•    Maintain online work order and visitor entry software
•    Coordinate tenant move-ins and move outs, including loading dock and freight reservations
•    Maintain proper documentation for Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors
•    Review tenant requests daily, working with building staff to resolve issues in a timely manner
•    Conduct facility inspections within the property
•    Additional related duties as needed

•    Must possess superb organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    Experience in commercial real estate/property management or event planning preferred

Location:
•    Boston, MA (onsite)

This position offers a base salary between $60,000 - $68,000 based on experience.
