What You'll Do:
In the role of Digital Content & SEO Specialist (Amazon) you will be at the center of taking SharkNinja's Amazon content to the next level. Your role as the Digital Content & SEO Specialist will be focused on innovating in this space to create a competitive advantage with responsibilities across driving customer engagement, merchandising, data analysis, and supporting cross-functional workflows.
To be a successful Digital Content & SEO Specialist, you will come with experience managing large complex product catalogs on Amazon, be an experienced SEO practitioner, have a general understanding of vendor central and Amazon Brand Stores, be comfortable working independently and within team settings, and have the drive and ambition to match the growth of SharkNinja.
As the Digital Content & SEO Specialist (Amazon), you will stay ahead of trends to ensure the our brands deploys best-in-class content & SEO strategies that mirror the values of innovation, relentlessness, and creativity. You will measure success on the effectiveness and efficiency of media performance - and ladder up to the global marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage & execute account set ups for all new product (NPD) and assortment changes for key accounts, including setup sheets & routing of visual content (gallery images, video, A+ premium), ensuring that content is best-in-class and optimized for conversion
  • Lead end-to-end variation strategy for all SKUs in assortment
  • Project manage all elements needed to support SKUs in digital retail, including marketing content, digital content including landing pages, display banners and all other forms of retailer creative
  • Monitor digital shelf trends, share of voice, and conversion rate trends
  • Conduct, develop, and implement SEO strategies
  • Challenge retailer limitations to improve the way SharkNinja appears on the digital shelf to clearly differentiate and bring forward RTB in a clear way throughout digital shelf communication
  • Develop & optimize brand store layout

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing content & SEO on Amazon
  • Demonstrated success in managing large complex item catalogues within the consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Familiarity working with third party platforms such as CommerceIQ, Pacvue Commerce, Stackline, etc.
  • 4-year degree in relevant field
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance marketing objectives, incremental return on ad spend, and new customer acquisition

This role is virtual / remote and will require travel roughly 10% of the time.
