Join our growing Partnerships Team as a Partner Success Associate, playing a key role in managing our portfolio of SMB acquisition partners. In this role, you will use a scalable, 1-to-many approach to oversee partner onboarding, performance monitoring, campaign optimization, and growth for your book of business.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners, using a 1-to-many strategy.
- Lead partner onboarding, ensuring smooth campaign launches.
- Monitor partner performance (ex. traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI) and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Become a subject matter expert for our partner management tool, Everflow.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in partnerships or affiliate management for a direct-to-consumer brand (insurtech/fintech experience is a plus).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and partner management tools (e.g., Everflow).
- Experience with raw data analysis; and uncovering insights and trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
