Join our growing Partnerships Team as a Technical Partner Success Associate, playing a key role in managing our portfolio of SMB acquisition partners and supporting our team’s technical needs. In this role, you will use a scalable, 1-to-many approach to oversee partner onboarding, performance monitoring, campaign optimization, and growth for your book of business, while also providing technical and operational support for the broader partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners, often affiliate lead generators, using a 1-to-many strategy.
- Lead partner onboarding, ensuring smooth campaign launches.
- Monitor partner performance (traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI) and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide technical and operational support for the broader partnerships team, including postback implementation, reporting setup, and commission updates.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our partner management tool, Everflow.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in partnerships or affiliate management for a direct-to-consumer brand (insurtech/fintech experience is a plus).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and partner management tools (e.g., Everflow).
- Experience with raw data analysis; proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
