Role Overview
Cartesian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and scale our growth in North America. This role is based in our Boston office and will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, People & Operations Manager, and business leaders to drive full-cycle recruiting across a range of high-priority roles.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment and is excited to build and strengthen talent pipelines within a growing consulting firm. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while continuously improving recruiting practices.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You'll Do
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer coordination across our strategy & analytics business. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and targeted sourcing strategies. 
  • Proactively source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates, including passive talent, across a variety of business-facing roles. 
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and hiring decisions with a high level of organization and attention to detail. 
  • Ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience that reflects Cartesian’s brand and culture at every stage of the process. 
  • Own and continuously develop strong relationships with prospective candidates, building robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding efforts.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, or a growth-oriented organization. 
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate, operational, or business-facing roles. 
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, with the ability to engage and attract passive, high-quality candidates. 
  • Experience using an ATS (Pinpoint or similar systems preferred). 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
