Role Overview
Cartesian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract Employee) to scale our growth in North America. This opportunity is based out of our Boston office and will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, People & Operations Manager, and business leaders to drive full cycle recruiting across a range of high priority, active roles. This is a hands-on, high-volume role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment and is excited to build strong talent pipelines within a growing consulting firm.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You'll Do
- Own the full cycle recruiting process from intake through offer coordination across our strategy & analytics business.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Review resumes, coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and maintain accurate and organized records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure high-touch, positive candidate experience that reflects Cartesian’s brand and culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, creating robust talent pools and networks for future hiring needs.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improved recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, or a growth-oriented organization.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate, operational, or business-facing roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to engage passive, high-quality candidates.
- Experience using an ATS (Pinpoint or similar systems preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong partnership approach with stakeholders.
