We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full‑cycle recruiting across multiple business functions within North America. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent while delivering positive candidate experience and supporting broader workforce planning goals. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partners with the business to understand priorities and align talent acquisition efforts and service delivery.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Proactively identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Screens applications and select qualified candidates after initial interview.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and communications with candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Work in partnership with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics in the JazzHR Applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs within the US.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity.
- Excellent people skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software, JazzHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
