Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for our Americas' open positions, scheduling phone, video and face-to-face interviews, overall recruiting support through global transformation initiatives, and conducting phone screens as the position develops. This is a great way to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up.

What can you do for us:

  • Provide direct sourcing support for positions in the Americas region
  • Schedule phone, video and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers
  • Assist TA Manager with global strategic initiatives based around the transformation and implementation of recruiting technology and process
  • Phone screens
  • Assist with onboarding process

Who we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Structured approach to achieving business objectives
