The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior TA Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our recruiting systems and processes, with a strong focus on
Workday Recruiter. You’ll partner closely with global recruiters, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and drive operational excellence across the hiring lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the Global Workday Recruiter subject matter expert, supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Manage and maintain recruiting workflows, templates, and requisition structures in Workday.
- Partner with TA leadership to identify and implement global process improvements that enhance recruiter and candidate experience.
- Provide training and documentation for recruiters and hiring managers on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support reporting and analytics needs related to recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams on system updates, testing, and integrations.
What We Seek:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations or HR systems support with experience in the North America and AsiaPac regions.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiter (configuration, troubleshooting, reporting).
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and workflows and previous experience rolling out a Workday recruitment module across North America and AsiaPac regions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruiting analytics and dashboard tools is a plus.

- Compensation: $95,000 - $135,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
