We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Burlington office and become a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Similarweb by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across North America. Please note, this role is in the office four days per week.

As a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting while influencing hiring strategy, elevating candidate experience, and helping us build diverse, high-performing teams.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process: Partner closely with hiring managers across our North American offices and lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies: Build strong pipelines of top talent through creative sourcing methods, networking, referrals, social platforms, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor: Act as a trusted consultant to business leaders, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and guidance to support informed talent decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate assessment and selection: Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and standardized screening methodologies to assess skills, experience, motivations, and long-term fit.
  • Use data to drive hiring outcomes: Track recruiting metrics, analyze pipeline performance, and continuously optimize strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and hiring quality.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience: Create a thoughtful, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process.
  • Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts: Build diverse talent pipelines through inclusive sourcing strategies, partnerships, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to evolving recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to help strengthen our global talent acquisition function.
What you’ll bring:
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • Demonstrated success developing creative sourcing strategies and building strong pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with leaders to shape effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights and market intelligence to guide stakeholders and improve hiring outcomes.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding hiring goals while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to effectively partner with leaders while advocating for candidates.
  • A genuine commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.

The base salary range for this position in the Burlington, Massachusetts area is $110,000 to $140,000, plus benefits, including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave.
