Job Description

569393 Supply Chain Project Manager, Reedsville, PA or Cambridge, MA

Drive global product launches and supply chain excellence by leading cross-functional teams to deliver new and existing product initiatives on time and within budget.

Your role:

  • You will lead the development and implementation of supply chain and product industrialization projects, managing scope, cost, schedule, and risk while ensuring alignment across departments. You will monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure disciplined execution and successful outcomes.
  • You will represent Product Industrialization (PI) on cross-functional Core Teams, executing Product Development and Lifecycle Management (PDLM), lifecycle, and advanced development processes. This includes serving as a key voice in decision-making and ensuring operational readiness.
  • You will lead cross-functional PI teams to successfully implement new products and product changes into global production operations. Your leadership will ensure seamless transitions from development through full-scale manufacturing.
  • You will manage comprehensive project documentation and process deliverables, maintaining clarity and accountability across stakeholders. This includes detailed schedule development using tools such as Microsoft Project and Gantt charts.
  • You will provide leadership and coordination from project initiation through delivery, organizing interdepartmental activities and driving resolution of complex issues to keep projects on schedule and within financial targets.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional supply chain or manufacturing projects as an individual contributor or project leader, including project initiation, schedule development, and budget monitoring in a production environment.
  • Your skills include a solid understanding of New Product Implementation, Lifecycle Management, and Product Development and Lifecycle Management (PDLM) processes; proficiency in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart development (preferred); and working knowledge of SAP, Product Data Management (PDM), PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel. A strong understanding of manufacturing production processes and how product changes impact cost, quality, performance, and throughput is required.
  • You have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an effective leader and communicator with demonstrated strengths in coaching, facilitation, negotiation, and business management. You have a track record of resolving complex cross-functional challenges and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
