Work Period: May 2026 to August 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, and the remaining day remote. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from$26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: As an ESG Legal Intern, you'll dive into the fast-growing world of sustainability and ESG, helping us research key topics, track evolving global regulations, and bring our ESG strategy to life. From analyzing data to planning associate events, you'll have the chance to make an impact across the company while sharpening your skills in one of today's most exciting and meaningful areas of business.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

• Research ESG topics to assist in strategy development.
• Conduct research on global ESG regulation.
• Support data collection and responses to ESG-related inquiries from investor rating organizations and retailers; conduct gap analyses against current data.
• Assist with implementation and integration of data into our ESG data management system.
• Help plan and execute associate events in Needham office and coordinate similar events in other major offices.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's program
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
• Majoring in pre-law, sustainability, or a business-related field.
• Able to analyze data to inform strategy and depict this visually
• Motivated self-starter, with ability to identify and drive innovative approaches to address new challenges.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong project management, technical and analytical skills with proven ability to drive for results, pivoting when relevant to enable speed to solution.
• Strong interpersonal and written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with the ability to develop a high degree of personal credibility across diverse internal and external stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for ESG and sustainability
