This role: As an eCommerce Intern, Amazon at SharkNinja, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Amazon business by leveraging data, reporting, and analytics to drive performance. This internship offers the opportunity to work within Amazon's unique digital ecosystem, uncover meaningful insights, and contribute to strategies that enhance visibility, optimize sales, and deliver tangible business value.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
  • Assist in the development and execution of a global Amazon data and reporting strategy.
  • Leverage Amazon datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Support the automation and enhancement of dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to deliver insights.
  • Conduct data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work on a core project that aligns with business needs and present findings to senior management at the conclusion of the internship.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon's evolving data landscape and emerging tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Passion for e-commerce, data analysis, and Amazon marketplace trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
