The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate Intern you will support strategy and technology work across deal-related client projects, contributing research, analysis, and project tasks that help shape decisions in fast-moving situations. As an Intern you will support teams, observe and learn from experienced professionals, and participate in projects that build exposure to PwC practices within our Advisory practice, with a focus on Deals and Deal Strategy services. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to business development support, prepare materials, gather information from multiple sources, and help document findings that inform technology strategy work across the deal lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client strategy and technology diligence projects across deal lifecycle workstreams
- Conducting research on market trends, industry developments, and technology capabilities to inform deal strategy analyses
- Assisting with data gathering, synthesis, and presentation development for client deliverables
- Applying digital tooling and AI-enabled workflows to organize information, summarize findings, and streamline project tasks
- Participating in team discussions, taking notes, and tracking follow-up items to support project execution
- Reviewing transaction materials and identifying key themes that affect strategic positioning and value creation
- Contributing to analysis of technology landscapes, operating models, and potential value creation opportunities
- Adapting to feedback, asking questions, and building understanding of advisory methods and transaction-focused work
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
