Job Description:
As our Strategy Analyst, you are the eyes and ears of the organization. You won’t just be tracking data; you’ll be translating market signals into actionable intelligence. By maintaining a pulse on the industry, the global economy, and our competitors, you will provide the critical insights that inform our most significant strategic moves. You’ll work in the inner circle of executive leadership, ensuring that every decision we make is backed by rigorous research and a deep understanding of our landscape.
Who you’re committed to being:
A Data Storyteller: You understand that a spreadsheet is just a tool, not the answer. You use data to build a compelling narrative that helps the business truly empathize with the customer.
Impact-Driven: You are a data-informed professional who doesn’t just "report"—you use insights to guide decisions and create measurable results.
Obsessively Customer-Centric: You are a tireless advocate for the user, constantly asking: "Is this what our customers actually need?"
A Dynamic Collaborator: You thrive in fast-paced environments and pride yourself on being a relationship-builder who can unite cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
What you’ll do:
Lead research initiatives that keep the Strategy team ahead of the curve.
Keep a sharp eye on competitor pricing, product launches, and strategic shifts to identify immediate threats and golden opportunities.
Decode macroeconomic and industry trends to sharpen our long-term forecasting and strategy efforts.
Design sophisticated customer-facing surveys and conduct deep-dive interviews with industry experts to uncover what the market is missing.
Assist in market sizing and opportunity analysis to help us decide where to play and how to win.
Transform complex internal and external datasets into clear, high-impact visualizations.
Experience you’ll bring:
Proven experience in market research or a similar role, with a mastery of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
A knack for navigating abstract projects and distilling massive volumes of data into clear insights for executive audiences.
Proficiency with survey platforms (like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey) and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
A strong familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry (preferred) and the agility to work in a high-speed environment.
Top-tier written and verbal skills that allow you to present complex findings with simplicity and punch.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, research, or data analysis.
The ability to travel 4–6 times a year for high-impact, in-person strategy sessions and collaborative summits.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
