As our Corporate Strategy Associate, you aren’t just crunching numbers; you are a primary architect of our future. You will dive deep into the mechanics of our core business to find hidden levers for growth, scout adjacent markets ripe for disruption, and sharpen our edge in a hyper-competitive landscape. We don’t expect you to have all the answers on day one, but we do expect you to thrive in the "gray area"—turning ambiguity into a concrete roadmap for success.
Who you’re committed to being:
An Expert Storyteller: You can take a chaotic, conflicting set of data points and weave them into a narrative so clear and compelling that executives can act on it instantly.
Principled yet Agile: You have the backbone to stand by your recommendations, but the humility to pivot the second the data tells a different story.
A Professional Skeptic: You are your own toughest critic. You challenge your own assumptions before anyone else can, ensuring your logic is bulletproof and your biases are sidelined.
A Connector: You’re a natural relationship-builder who speaks the languages of Product, Sales, and Finance, bridging the gap between high-level vision and cross-functional execution.
What you’ll do:
Use heavy-hitting frameworks like SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces to pressure-test our product roadmap and sales enablement strategies.
Partner directly with the Strategy team to design and communicate the overarching "North Star" for the company.
Act as a strategic consultant for cross-functional teams, helping them value new opportunities and understand the "cost of doing nothing."
Create and deliver high-stakes presentations for Board of Directors meetings and executive updates.
Roll up your sleeves for due diligence and strategic-fit analysis on potential acquisitions.
Hunter for untapped revenue streams and underserved customer segments that others might miss.
Experience you’ll bring:
A background in corporate strategy (or a similar high-impact role) with a deep understanding of standard business frameworks.
You’ve been in the room before; you know how to build decks and deliver insights that resonate with C-suite audiences.
You possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, using them to solve complex, multi-layered problems.
A solid grasp of the B2B SaaS landscape and the unique metrics that drive it.
Exceptional written and verbal skills that allow you to simplify the complex.
Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree paired with 2+ years of high-level experience.
The ability to travel 4–6 times a year for high-energy, in-person strategy sessions and team summits.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
Why you’ll love working here:
We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.
We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
