How the role works

• You own the opportunity from qualification to signature, with the support of our lead generation efforts. You partner with our global sales and marketing teams in Sweden and our US-based pre-sales and technical experts to build a winning strategy for each deal.

• Success is measured against an annual team target. This is a salaried role with no commission, so we win and are rewarded together.

• Frequent travel is required.

What you will do

• Research target accounts and key contacts, and build genuine relationships at every level of the organization.

• Lead with questions and listening. Understand what prospects want to achieve and what stands in their way before presenting solutions.

• Build business cases grounded in the customer's business that show the ROI Centiro can deliver.

• Write proposals and lead presentations, demos, and client visits together with pre-sales and technical colleagues.

• Shape each deal with the team, keeping commitments realistic and margins healthy.

• Share customer insights with Marketing and contribute to impactful campaigns, webinars, and events.

• Bring fresh thinking to how we sell, including new technology and digital approaches.

Who you are

• Motivated by winning new business and by team success.

• A confident executive-level negotiator who can lead bold conversations with customers.

• Curious about customers and the shifting market; you ask more than you tell.

• A trusted relationship builder and attentive listener who brings valuable perspective and insight to every customer interaction.

• Adaptable, analytical, and organized.

What you bring

• 5+ years minimum of complex B2B sales experience.

• A proven success delivering results in a team setting and building lasting customer relationships.

• Strong skills in complex deal-making and contract negotiation.

• Confidence working with senior executives in procurement, logistics, IT, and finance.

• Strong writing skills for proposals, and comfort in a technical environment.

• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Experience

• Background in logistics and supply chain (ideally last-mile), or experience selling SaaS into this space.

• Experience with enterprise customers, 3PLs, and carriers in e-commerce, retail, transportation, or manufacturing.

• An established network of active contacts in these industries.

• Knowledge of supply chain, global trade, and logistics technology, and of competing solutions.

• International experience.

• Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA).
