The Dynatrace Strategic People Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement and growth. The role partners closely with department leaders to provide insight on organizational design, talent development, workforce planning, and change management. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of HR practices, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to solving complex people challenges in our dynamic environment.
This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring at least two or three days a week at our Boston office: 280 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with short-and long-term goals. • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and succession planning. • Analyze HR metrics and business data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people strategies • Collaborating with the Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions• Support and coach leaders in employee relations matters performance management and leadership effectiveness• Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and employee engagement• Promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion through policy practice and leadership collaboration • Monitor industry trends and best practices to proactively recommend innovative HR strategies and programs• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and management on all people related matters

Minimum requirements:• Proven experience aligning HR strategies with business priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred requirements:• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field • 8 + years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or Senior HR leadership role• Strong business acumen and ability to understand the financial and operational drivers in the organization• Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent planning and employee engagement • Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools (SAP) is a plus• Professional HR certification (SHRM SCP, PHR) etc. is preferred • Proficiency with HRIS systems • Great interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented • Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
