LaunchDarkly is seeking a Strategic GTM Programs Director to serve as a trusted partner, execution leader, and connective force across the CRO organization. This role will work alongside the CRO and Revenue leadership team to translate strategic priorities into action, maintain alignment to the CRO’s V2MOM, and ensure critical business objectives move forward with focus and discipline.

The Strategic GTM Programs Director will coordinate organizational priorities in alignment with key objectives for the Company and the CRO organization. They will programmatically manage projects, initiatives, and communications across the global Revenue organization in close partnership with Revenue organization leaders and by building a strong relationship with Revenue Operations team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, discreet, and adaptable operator who can bring context to complex situations, create operating rigor, and drive work to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on annual planning, Revenue OKRs, V2MOM communication, and execution across the CRO organization
  • Lead critical cross-functional programs, special projects, pilots, and organizational initiatives delegated by the CRO and partner closely with other organizations including Finance, People, and Marketing to achieve objectives
  • Partner with CRO leaders to identify dependencies, clarify ownership, surface decisions, and improve collaboration
  • Plan, organize and assist with schedule tracking, prepare meeting agendas, and maintain project documentation for projects. Updates project plans, monitors progress on assigned tasks, and drives the preparation of status reports. 
  • Coordinates logistics for project meetings, tracks action items, and manages risk and issue documentation. Maintains project records, facilitates stakeholder communications, and ensures compliance with documentation and reporting standards. Completes project closeout activities and gathers feedback for process improvement.
  • Support board and executive meeting preparation by coordinating inputs, developing materials, and driving timely follow-through
  • Coordinate key Revenue events and executive engagements, including Revenue Kickoff, President’s Club, all-hands, and customer or partner programs
  • Coordinate communications from the CRO to the Revenue organization and partner with Internal Communications on broader company and external messaging
  • Support headcount planning, hiring priorities, organizational design, and performance-management processes across the Revenue organization
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement on CRO budget visibility, prioritization, and purchase-order coordination
  • Serve as an objective and trusted escalation point for organizational concerns, cross-functional conflicts, operational roadblocks, and risks to team health
  • Establish and manage the CRO organization’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, business reviews, offsites, 1:1s, and follow-up on commitments
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in GTM strategy, business operations, executive operations, consulting, or a comparable role supporting senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted partner and handle confidential information with sound judgment
  • Strong program-management skills, with a track record of coordinating complex, cross-functional work from planning through execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations, company communications, and meeting facilitation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with experience translating goals and data into clear priorities and actions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to influence, resolve issues, and build alignment across teams without direct authority
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company is preferred

Pay:

Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 6: 

  • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $191,000 - $263,000**
  • Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $172,000 - $237,000**
  • Zone 3: All other US locations - $163,000 - $224,000**
  • All Zones Inclusive of a 10% Bonus Target

LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
