Owns operational health and a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program while guiding technical priorities, automation, migrations, AI-assisted engineering practices, cross-team collaboration, hiring, and team development.

Drives net-new enterprise customer acquisition within a defined territory. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, complex enterprise sales, C-suite engagement, tailored solution development, contract negotiation, quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration.
