ACCOUNTABILITIES
[Major Responsibilities]
- Design and maintain Invoice payment process using Invoice Track system, other tools and solutions.
- Investigating the issues or inquiries from TBS PFS - AP team and responding to inquiries from requesters regarding invoice payment process (in cooperation with the TBS Solution Hub team, which handles primary reception).
- Responding to technical issues with Invoice Track system in cooperation with global and IT staff.
- Continuous improvement on a global scale based on the concept of global harmonization.
- Checking compliance (legal and accounting requirements for invoices) related to invoice payment process and improving by coordinating with each business unit requesters and vendors.
- Continuously improving productivity and improving people experience by promoting optimization, standardization, and efficiency of invoice payment processes and systems to be best in class based on the current and future needs of the business.
- Promoting automation by implementing digitalization (AI/RPA) in business processes
- Updating the invoice Payment operation manuals or other documents.

- Basic Accounting knowledge, especially in Accounts Payable area

- Practical experience of ERP systems (e.g. SAP Finance module, Ariba Guided Buying, Invoice track)
- Understanding of controls, GDPR and SOX compliance
- Solutions mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conflict management skills.
- Project management methodologies (e.g. Agile solution development)
- Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
Preferred:
- People management experience to motivate and grow others based on talent and capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Source To Pay (S2P) end to end process.
- Operational Finance experience (e.g. Master Data Management, Treasury)
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
