WHOOP is seeking a Senior Business Planner - Apparel & Accessories to serve as the strategic owner of financial planning, performance management, and long-range growth for the Apparel & Accessories business. This individual will operate as a senior thought partner to the Director of Business Planning & Supply Chain and key leaders across Finance, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, and E-commerce.
At the Senior level, this role goes beyond execution: you will define the planning frameworks, set the standards for KPI management, and shape how the business evaluates and prioritizes growth opportunities. You will play a critical role in guiding leadership decisions through data, insight, and structured thinking.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Develops sales plan for the Apparel & Accessories business, spanning short-term forecasts through multi-year outlooks, by defining forecasting methodologies and assumptions that align demand, inventory, and financial outcomes
- Partner closely with Finance, Inventory Planning, and Marketing leadership to ensure an execution strategy against the financial forecast.
- Define the KPI framework for the Apparel & Accessories business, including but not limited to revenue per member, site traffic, conversion rate, margin, and growth. Clearly delineate how we will hit those KPIs, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on strategy & initiatives.
- Own executive-level business reviews, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly readouts. Translate complex performance data into concise, decision-oriented narratives for senior leadership.
- Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and scenario-based recommendations.
- Lead the evaluation and sizing of new business opportunities across Apparel & Accessories, including new products, assortments, pricing strategies, and channel initiatives. Develop robust business cases that assess revenue potential, margin impact, operational complexity, and long-term scalability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, finance, or analytics — ideally in apparel, accessories, and in omni-channel businesses
- Deep experience owning sales forecasts, target setting, and executive KPI reporting.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership decisions through data and structured thinking.
- Strong experience sizing and evaluating new business or growth opportunities.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and strong comfort with data visualization and planning tools.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
- Comfortable operating with high ambiguity and high impact.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
