About the Role

The Senior Technical Success Architect (TSA) is a high impact, fast-paced, high-visibility customer facing role that works closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams. The TSA is a technical advisor for customers, serving as an emissary with the Platform Science Product & Engineering teams. This role is critical to ensuring customers realize maximum value from our SaaS platform. They are also expected to directly and proactively build relationships with the Compliance & Safety stakeholders at assigned customer accounts.

Essential Responsibilities

  • ​​Serve as the technical champion and strategic compliance advisor for customers 
  • Utilize regulatory and technical subject matter expertise to communicate incremental value and to drive utilization of Compliance & Safety products to customer stakeholders
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering to be the voice of the customer and influence the product compliance roadmap
  • Present ideas in a manner appropriate for the intended audience (technical and/or business) both in-person and over virtual communication
  • ​​Lead customer workshops and innovation sessions to explore new compliance use cases that drive business value to customers
  • Participate in regular customer business review meetings (onsite & virtual) 
  • Assist in defining customer engagement models, escalation procedures, and success metrics to measure impact
  • Identify and implement tools, dashboards, and automation to streamline customer interactions, engagement and reporting

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science, technology, engineering, business or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years experience in SaaS working with technical accounts, product management, and or solution management
  • Subject matter expert -  hours of service and ELD compliance driver/fleet management (all things FMCSA)
  • Experience managing technical accounts and or solutions within a regulated industry 
  • Demonstrated success working with cross functional and customers to deliver results
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders alike.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a desire to grow regulatory acumen 
  • Strong decision-making skills with an ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data.
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
  • Proficiency with technical project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Productboard

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $107,029 and $163,423. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
