KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, the Sr. Project Manager, Global Operations leads complex, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and eCommerce channels. The role drives strategic execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across global teams.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects - from strategic concept through implementation - ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Operational Optimization: Partner with logistics, order management, planning, commercial, product development, and technology teams to streamline Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) supply chain operations, improving speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • DTC & eCommerce Integration: Drive initiatives that enhance the consumer experience across eCommerce platforms and fulfillment networks, optimizing inventory availability, delivery accuracy, and service times.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships across Global Operations, Commercial, IT, Product Development, and Finance to ensure project alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and project risks; develop proactive contingency plans and guide cross-functional teams through organizational change.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure performance, forecast project outcomes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Executive Communication: Deliver clear and concise program updates to executive sponsors and senior leadership, articulating key milestones, issues, and ROI impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote best-in-class project management practices and frameworks to drive operational excellence across global functions.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented Project Manager with deep experience in global supply chain operations, direct-to-consumer logistics, and eCommerce fulfillment within a consumer products or retail-driven organization. This individual thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, and supply chain leadership roles, ideally within a CPG, retail, or eCommerce organization
  • 5+ years of experience in global supply chain functions, with proven success in driving cost efficiency, operational scalability, and process transformation
  • 3+ years of direct experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) logistics, digital fulfillment, or eCommerce operations, including platform integration and omnichannel distribution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams to deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget
  • Proven track record in implementing digital transformation initiatives, process automation, or fulfillment optimization programs
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to quantify ROI from operational initiatives
  • Expertise in data-driven project management, leveraging analytics tools to forecast, monitor KPIs, and inform executive reporting
  • Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building alignment among diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Travel Required (Domestic & International) - up to 20%
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings with other regions

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
