Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in building and enhancing our procurement function by combining data-driven insights with strategic sourcing techniques. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of our procurement activities. Your proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement will drive operational excellence and support cost-saving initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and lead strategic sourcing activities for marketing and sales categories including contract negotiation, order administration, issue resolution, and vendor lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules.
  • Work directly with key internal stakeholders on strategy planning and vendor relationship management.
  • Support RFI / RFQ / RFP processes, evaluations, proposals, leading to strategic sourcing recommendations.
  • Support KPI tracking, spend visibility dashboards, and maintain data integrity within procurement systems.
  • Strong relationship-builder who can engage internally and externally to ensure that business needs are met quickly and efficiently.
  • Must have proven track record of participating in negotiations for all types of category spend
  • Perform other duties assigned that support the overall success of the team, department, or organization. This may include participating in cross-functional initiatives, contributing to process improvements, or assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Strong cross‑functional partnership, including regular collaboration with Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives.

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a Major Area of concentration in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education & experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales categories, vendor ecosystems, and vendor relationship management.
  • Proven experience leading complex negotiations and managing high-value contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding internal spend data and external market intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, remaining highly flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs while anticipating challenges, taking initiative under tight deadlines, and managing shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, salary $90K - $120K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
