The Sr. Manager, Intranet Services will manage, optimize and continuously evolve the use and development of the Firm’s intranet, ensuring it supports internal communication, collaboration, information sharing and other business needs. Educate and train site owners and content creators on governance processes, SharePoint Online functionality and other best practices. The ideal candidate combines expertise in SharePoint Online with a strong grasp of AI, automation, and workflow tools to deliver a smart, scalable platform that aligns with the Firm’s business needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure the Firm’s intranet is continuously optimized and meets the needs of the business by developing processes and procedures for the day-to-day operation of the platform.

  • Advise, assist, and provide expertise and support to site owners/content creators with site and page creation, including the use of templates, web parts, lists, and libraries.

  • Develop training programs and other outreach programs for site owners/content creators to ensure continuous improvement of the intranet and adherence to governance processes.

  • Gather usage statistics, user feedback and develop solutions to resolve content issues or gaps in information and driver user adoption.

  • Leverage intelligent workflows and automation using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI-enabled Microsoft 365 capabilities to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences where appropriate.

  • Leverage AI capabilities to personalize content, improve discoverability, and make the intranet more intuitive and efficient for users.

  • Maintain and regularly update the M365 Resource Center to ensure content is current and discoverable.

  • Monitor Microsoft 365 roadmap to inform stakeholders of new features and functionality and to continuously improve the intranet.

  • Provide support and testing on Copilot Agents or other compatible GenAI tools related to knowledge and information found in SharePoint Online.

  • Maintain intranet taxonomies for people, news, and content.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs for information discovery.

  • Translate business needs into SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint features, functionality, configuration, workflows, and customizations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other GenAI agents preferred.

  • Ability to effectively manage work to high quality standards, with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Accountable, assumes responsibility for quality and timeliness of their work.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and execute tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Within scope of position, works independently using sound judgment.

  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the firm in a professional manner.

  • Ability to collaborate with members of the administrative staff and attorneys at the firm.

  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.

The Target Salary Range For This Position Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience: $115,580.00 - 150,000.00
