About Oscilar

Oscilar is building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform for banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations. Our platform helps financial institutions manage fraud, credit, compliance, and onboarding risk using modern AI.

Founded by Neha Narkhede, co-creator of Apache Kafka and co-founder of Confluent, Oscilar is building a category-defining company — and our GTM engine is a core competitive advantage.

The Role

Oscilar is hiring a Sr. Growth Manager, Agents to help scale the growth engine for our AI Agents product and rapidly learn which audiences, use cases, messages, channels, and programs drive the strongest commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on growth role focused on both pipeline generation and pipeline progression. You will partner closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and the broader Growth team to design and execute creative programs that generate new opportunities and help move existing opportunities through the funnel.

You will operate across a wide range of channels and tactics — including outbound and inbound campaigns, BDR programs, account-based plays, events, webinars, direct mail, digital programs, and signal-based activation. Just as importantly, you will capture what we learn from every campaign and feed those insights quickly back into our messaging, targeting, product positioning, and broader go-to-market strategy.

We are looking for someone analytical and technical, but above all highly execution-oriented. You should be equally comfortable developing the strategy, launching the campaign, writing the copy, building the workflow, reviewing the data, and iterating quickly based on what you learn.

This is a high-ownership role reporting to the Head of Growth, with close partnership across Growth, Sales, BDR, Product Marketing, and the broader GTM organization.

What You’ll OwnScale the Agents Growth Engine
  • Own growth programs that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for Oscilar Agents.

  • Identify the audiences, use cases, personas, signals, and channels with the highest potential.

  • Build repeatable growth motions while continuing to test new ideas aggressively.

  • Translate campaign and pipeline learnings into clear recommendations for the broader GTM organization.

  • Help establish the playbooks that will allow the Agents business to scale.

Pipeline Generation & Progression
  • Build programs that create new qualified opportunities and help existing opportunities progress through the funnel.

  • Partner closely with AEs and BDRs to identify where marketing and growth programs can unlock specific accounts and deals.

  • Develop targeted campaigns for strategic accounts, active opportunities, and new market segments.

  • Design plays that create urgency, increase engagement, multi-thread accounts, and accelerate sales cycles.

  • Measure performance based on meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline created, pipeline progression, and revenue impact.

Multi-Channel Growth Programs
  • Launch and iterate programs across outbound email, LinkedIn, calling, inbound, events, webinars, direct mail, paid, and other creative channels.

  • Build coordinated campaigns that combine Growth, BDR, Sales, and Product Marketing efforts.

  • Partner with Events on executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and other field programs.

  • Develop inbound and content-driven programs around emerging Agent use cases and customer pain points.

  • Experiment with new channels and unconventional tactics to reach high-value prospects.

Rapid Experimentation & Learning
  • Run continuous experiments across messaging, audiences, channels, offers, and signals.

  • Develop clear hypotheses and rapidly test what drives engagement and pipeline.

  • Maintain multiple active experiments rather than waiting for perfect information or long campaign cycles.

  • Kill weak programs quickly and scale the tactics showing strong early results.

  • Create tight feedback loops so campaign learnings influence targeting, messaging, Product Marketing, Sales plays, and future investments.

GTM Systems, Signals & AI
  • Use Oscilar’s GTM stack to automate research, targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and follow-up.

  • Work hands-on with tools such as Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Nooks, and LinkedIn.

  • Leverage AI agents and tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to scale research, personalization, and campaign orchestration.

  • Turn signals such as product activity, website engagement, events, intent data, executive changes, and account research into actionable campaigns.

  • Partner with Growth Engineering to build workflows and systems that make the Agents growth motion faster and more scalable.

Messaging & Market Feedback
  • Translate Oscilar’s Agent capabilities into compelling campaigns for fraud, compliance, risk, operations, and executive audiences.

  • Write and test campaign messaging, outbound copy, landing pages, event concepts, and activation materials.

  • Stay close to Gong calls, customer conversations, and Sales feedback to understand why buyers engage, stall, or convert.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to refine positioning and communicate market learnings.

  • Funnel insights from campaigns and customer interactions back into the business quickly.

What We’re Looking ForGrowth Operator
  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, outbound, ABM, or related GTM roles.

  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline in an enterprise B2B environment.

  • Experience launching new products, verticals, use cases, or GTM motions where the playbook did not already exist.

  • Comfortable operating across outbound, inbound, events, webinars, direct mail, ABM, and digital channels.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes.

Builder Mentality
  • Highly hands-on and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.

  • Strong bias toward action, experimentation, and iteration.

  • Willing to personally build campaigns, write copy, analyze data, and solve operational problems.

  • Resourceful when data, processes, or tooling are imperfect.

  • Thrive in high-growth environments where the goal is to learn quickly and scale what works.

Technical & Analytical
  • Fluent with modern GTM tooling and comfortable learning new systems quickly.

  • Experience using AI for research, personalization, automation, or campaign orchestration.

  • Comfortable working with data, enrichment workflows, integrations, and automation.

  • Able to diagnose why a campaign or funnel stage is underperforming and systematically test solutions.

  • GTM engineering experience — APIs, Clay workflows, MCP connectors, or lightweight scripting — is a strong plus.

Sales Fluency
  • Deep experience partnering with AEs and BDRs.

  • Understand how growth programs influence both pipeline creation and opportunity progression.

  • Comfortable developing account-level strategies for large enterprise prospects.

  • Able to create programs and messaging that resonate with both technical practitioners and senior executives.

Bonus Experience
  • Experience marketing or selling AI products.

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, fraud, compliance, risk, or other regulated industries.

  • Experience at a high-growth B2B company scaling from approximately $5M–$100M ARR.

  • Experience building AI-powered outbound or signal-based growth programs.

  • Background at a company known for strong growth execution, such as Ramp, Samsara, Verkada, Vercel, Clay, or a similar high-growth B2B company.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will have:

  • Helped build a repeatable and scalable growth engine for Oscilar Agents.

  • Generated meaningful qualified pipeline while also improving progression of existing opportunities.

  • Identified the audiences, use cases, messages, signals, and channels that work best.

  • Built successful programs across Growth, Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Events.

  • Established rapid feedback loops that turn campaign and market learnings into better GTM decisions.

  • Created repeatable playbooks that can be scaled across the broader organization.

  • Helped make Agents one of Oscilar’s most important growth engines.

Why This Role Is Unique

You will have the opportunity to help build the growth engine for a new AI product category while the playbook is still being written.

You’ll operate across the full funnel, work directly with Sales and BDRs, experiment across a wide range of channels, and have significant freedom to test creative ideas.

Most importantly, this role sits at the intersection of execution and learning: launching programs quickly, understanding what works, and using those insights to continuously improve how Oscilar takes Agents to market.
