  • Partner closely with GTM, Deal Management, Legal and Product to define contract structures and approval matrix to support a scalable deal process with a balance of strong governance and a practical and business-oriented approach
  • Strengthen the company’s internal control environment, including SOX readiness and execution, process documentation, control design, and remediation efforts where needed
  • Be responsible for managing the annual external audit for revenue related areas and partnering with auditors to ensure efficient execution and high-quality deliverables
  • Lead the design and execution of scalable OTC workflows and system processes that improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Partner with Technology teams and business stakeholders on ERP and system enhancements, integrations, and reporting improvements
  • Build management reporting and KPIs for the revenue accounting organization to improve visibility into efficiency, quality, and operational capacity
  • Mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing accounting team, creating clear accountability, strong development paths, and a culture of operational excellence
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by balancing strong governance with practical, business-oriented problem solving
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry leadership experience in multi-entity, public-company SOX environment
  • Hands-on systems orientation, with experience improving ERP workflows, reporting, and automation across accounting processes. Experience in NetSuite (or similar ERP), CPQ and SFDC
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, revenue cycle operations, internal controls, close processes, and financial reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through scale, process improvement, and organizational change
  • Experience building and improving OTC cycle operations in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process transformation through automation, data, and AI enabled solutions
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes across Finance, Product, Legal, Sales, and executive leadership without direct authority
