Position summary
T-Mobile is America’s supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Sr CRM Capabilities Managers located in Frisco, TX will be responsible for the list generation and execution of all CRM direct marketing campaigns through designated channels and tools.

Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Thoroughly understand marketing and campaign briefs and marketing campaign terminology and ensure customer selection and testing strategies align with each specific marketing project and the overall company strategy.
  • Use model scores and other customer data to accurately determine the right customer, timing, channel, product, and pricing strategy for marketing communications.
  • Select and generate accurate customer lists for all T-Mobile enterprise-wide CRM marketing campaigns based on marketing and campaign briefs.
  • Build and maintain campaign diagrams and perform customer segmentation using CRM tools to identify target customer groups across multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Email, SMS, Outbound Calling (OBC), Inbound Calling (IBC), On-Device, and Direct Mail campaigns.
  • Deploy marketing campaigns using systems and tools such as SAS, Opera, Inform, Selligent, Email Delivery Systems, and Nokia Here/Medio.
  • Support the team by processing manual customer database requests using SQL queries to meet ad hoc or special campaign data requirements and create customer segments using SAS and Adobe tools.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations on marketing brief conceptualization, data attribution, and strategic improvements to enhance campaign performance, increase sales, and maximize profitability.
  • Employ search marketing tactics to increase visibility and engagement with content, products, and services across internet-enabled devices and interfaces.
  • Analyze search query behavior on general and specialized search engines and other internet-based platforms to better understand customer interests and engagement patterns.
  • Analyze research, data, and technology to understand user intent, measure campaign outcomes, and support ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Design, develop, build, and execute marketing campaigns using CRM systems and tools, including Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Selligent, SAS-MA, SAS CI Studio, and SQL.
  • Facilitate and build campaign diagrams using specialized segmentation methodologies within Adobe Suite, SAS-MA, and Selligent environments, conduct QA/QC reviews, and deploy enterprise-wide marketing campaigns.
  • Apply knowledge of the technical architecture and functionality of on-premises and cloud-based CRM tools and their integration with Email Delivery Systems, SMS platforms, APIs, and file-sharing systems.
  • Telecommuting is permitted; however, the applicant must work from the designated worksite location at least three to four days per week.
  • No additional domestic or international travel is anticipated.

Skill requirements:


  • (1) Experience designing, developing, building and executing campaigns using CRM systems and at least one of the following tools: Selligent SAS MA/SAS CI, SAP ADT;
  • (2) Experience using Waterfall Segmentation methodologies to create customer segments, Quality Assurance/Quality Check to deploy marketing campaign enterprise wide;
  • (3) Experience utilizing CRM tools to build and maintain campaign diagrams and perform segmentation that select desired customer groups for each campaign across multi-channel campaign, including email, SMS, outbound calling (OBC), inbound calling (IBC), on device, and Direct Mail direct marketing campaigns based on campaign briefs;
  • (4) Experience with technical architecture and functionality of on-premises and cloud CRM tools and their integration with other systems including Opera, Inform, Nokia, SOA and other file sharing systems; and
  • (5) Experience with SQL to extract data and perform analysis and deploy marketing campaign.

 

Experience and education requirements:

 

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Management Studies, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 7 years of relevant work experience.


ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Management Studies, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience.

OTHER:  Work hours: 40 hours/week. Texas Pay Range: $95,306.00 to $118,300.00 /year.


The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.  Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. Candidate’s pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
