Job OverviewThis role is pivotal to delivering design across Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile. Inside Full Bars — our in-house agency — you'll craft and elevate design and motion work across websites, apps, social, email, print, and campaigns. You'll partner daily with copywriters, project managers, ACDs, art directors, and fellow designers to hold a high standard across both brands, while helping evolve our aesthetic, our tooling, and our creative point of view as the needs of the business change. Expect to support senior designers on their work, own projects of your own end to end, and bring ideas to pitches and brainstorms that push the brands forward.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design web, social, marketing, and merchandising creative for mid-to-high-complexity projects that meet brief requirements, including quick-turn requests.
- Deliver print-ready files: color modes, dielines, packaging files, and 4-color process.
- Build and adapt email templates in Braze, ensuring designs hold up across clients and devices.
- Own projects from concept through completion with increasing independence, treating brainstorms, concepting sessions, and campaign pitches as core to the job.
- Aid in the design and production of motion for UI and web elements across web and app, including micro-interactions and transitions.
- Partner with copywriters to develop creative concepts and content strategies to actively shape the idea together.
- Work alongside the web and app teams so designs are feasible, responsive, and faithfully built, providing the specs, assets, and handoff files that make implementation smooth.
- Present creative to team leads, business partners, and collaborators during reviews, communicating the reasoning behind design decisions and the guidelines shaping copy and design.
- Support Senior Designers on high-priority, high-complexity projects: revisions, icon creation, landing pages, email templates, and packaging files for handoff.
- Contribute to Full Bars design resources — style guides, component libraries, templates — and follow team standards for file naming, version control, and handoff while managing your own timelines.
- Other duties as required.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 3+ years of relevant design experience in an agency or corporate environment with formal design training and a strong portfolio. (Preferred)
- Previous experience with web/social design. (Preferred)
- Agency experience as a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Thrives in a collaborative, constantly evolving, and fast-paced environment. (Required)
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines. (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and timeliness. (Required)
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating digital, motion, and brand work.
- Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. (Required)
- Comfort in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive). (Required)
- Working knowledge of Braze or a comparable email/lifecycle marketing platform. (Preferred)
- UX/UI experience. (Preferred)
- Lottie animation workflows. (Preferred)
- Figma and FigJam. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of interactive-animation tooling. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude and similar) in a creative workflow. (Preferred)
- Experience with telecom, e-commerce, or DTC brands. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $67,100 - $121,000National Base Pay Range: $61,000 - $110,000
