About Ceros

At Ceros, you’ll help ambitious brands create digital experiences that people actually want to explore. Our platform gives marketers and designers the flexibility to design, build, and publish immersive content. All without code. With Ceros, teams move faster, scale smarter, and deliver work that makes a real impact.

Customers report engagement times that are 80% longer and conversion rates more than 20% higher on Ceros-built experiences. That kind of performance is why leading brands like Workday, Colliers, and McKinsey rely on us. Working here means shaping the future of digital experiences and joining a team that values bold ideas, creativity, and purpose-driven work.

The Role

Ceros helps marketers and designers create interactive content that actually gets read, remembered, and acted on. We’re looking for a world-class content marketer to build a modern content system, one that blends storytelling, education, and distribution to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

You’ll be the voice of Ceros across social, the architect of our editorial calendar, and the creator behind high-performing campaigns across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta. You’ll also craft practical guides, templates, and interactive resources that inspire our ICP and showcase what’s possible with Ceros..

If you’re equal parts writer, strategist, and operator and you use AI as a force-multiplier, this is the place to do the best work of your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Editorial narrative & calendar: Define our content pillars, informed through market and customer insights, and ship a consistent cadence across social, blog, video, email, and partner channels.
  • Social presence & community: Own our social platforms, be our voice in-market, and show up in ICP communities with useful, scroll-stopping content.
  • Performance content for paid & organic: Partner with the growth marketing team to write and produce assets for acquisition (Google/YouTube/LinkedIn/Meta) and organic growth that converts.
  • Owned & earned experiences: Create interactive demos, makeovers, templates, and thought-leadership pieces that showcase what’s possible with Ceros and spark action.
  • Launch & lifecycle content: Turn product moments into campaigns (launch briefs, landing pages, videos, emails, threads) and map content to every stage of the buyer journey.
  • AI-native content ops: Use AI tools for research, outlines, first drafts, repurposing, and QA—without sacrificing voice, accuracy, or originality.
  • Measurement & iteration: Set goals, instrument content, and iterate fast based on performance signals.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 5+ years in content marketing with a portfolio that moved real metrics.
  • A+ writing (or A+ editing with AI) across formats: social, scripts, web, ads, email, and long-form.
  • Channel fluency in Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta; you know how creative, copy, and format affect delivery and outcomes.
  • Strong distribution mindset (SEO basics, email, partner cross-posts, community placements) and the ability to create channel-native work.
  • Comfort collaborating with designers and video editors; you don’t need to design, but you know how to brief and raise the bar.
  • Analytics & experimentation: GA/GSC familiarity, creative testing, and a bias to instrument everything.
  • Bonus: experience with interactive content, motion, or modern web tools.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
