What You'll Do:
  • Serving as the commercial point of contact for new & existing Commerce Grid prospects, agency investment & trading teams, the expectation is for Sales Directors to primarily divide their time between: 

  • Own and deliver on individually assigned quarterly revenue targets from assigned agency accounts / prospects within Independent Agencies

  • Sell and Evangelize Criteo and Retail Partner data to relevant teams inside agencies through selling PMP Deals. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at agencies and supply curators / curation prospects; be the voice of Criteo Commerce Grid at these partners and ensure Commerce Grid is top of mind 

  • Develop and implement tactics to increase programmatic revenue, including evangelism, education and partnership with key ad tech players in the assigned territory, with the goal of familiarizing them with Commerce Grid’s advertising technology solutions and positioning 

  • Prospecting agency activation teams where Commerce Grid, selling in deals to team at assigned agency. 

  • This role will engage with leaders at agency programmatic teams to evangelize Commerce grid solutions and to generate revenue towards applicable products as well as, where applicable, custom solutions 

  • The role will also require collaboration across internal teams different business units and functions, with Performance Marketing and Retail Media collegues. 

  • The Commerce Grid Agency Salesperson is expected to lead and manage deal execution from proposal to activation, before handing over to the client services team for ongoing management. 

  • The ability to grasp and translate deep technical concepts and capabilities into clear product and business propositions is critical to this role. 

Who You Are:

  • Sales, Strong communication skills, ability to build an audience recommendation from a client RFP 

  • Experience selling digital media / tech solutions in the programmatic space   

  • Agency sales experience, or experience working at an agency 

  • Programmatic ad solutions / tech process, DSPs & SSPs

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$125,000
