About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing team driving expansion into the hotel sector. This role sits within a high-impact group that blends startup energy with the scale of a global travel platform. You will play a key part in building out the hotel category by sourcing high-quality inventory, launching new markets, and forming strong partnerships with hotels and chains. What You Will Do- Own performance and KPIs for an assigned region, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prospect new hotel partners through external research, networking, and internal tools.
- Position and pitch the value proposition to new partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Move leads through the full sales funnel quickly, qualifying and adding net new hosts to hit quarterly goals.
- Launch new markets, including supporting lead generation and coordinating cross functionally with internal teams.
- Support hotel onboarding for won deals to ensure a smooth partner experience.
- Build and execute scalable strategies that drive maximum impact across a diverse base of hotel and serviced apartment partners.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with hotel decision makers and confidently represent the platform.
- 6+ years of professional experience in sales and/or account management, ideally at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and a fast-moving style.
- Ability to manage constantly shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines without losing momentum.
- Demonstrated ability to influence partners and build strong external relationships.
- Capacity to balance day-to-day execution with longer-term strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, travel, or online marketplace industries.
- Background working with hotel chains, OTAs, or serviced apartment providers.
- Experience launching new markets or product categories.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being written.
- Location: Remote, Chicago based preferred
- Start Date: July 2026
- Duration: 12 month contract, with strong possibility of extension or conversion
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week). PST strongly preferred
- Pay Rate Range: $85.00 to $96.00 per hour (W2)
