Drive hotel category growth by sourcing, pitching, and closing hotel partners to meet KPIs. Launch new markets, coordinate cross-functional activities, support onboarding, and build scalable partner strategies and lasting relationships with hotel decision makers.

Lead and scale regulatory compliance programs for a global tech platform. Use SQL and dashboards to analyze data, streamline and automate workflows (including AI tools), manage cross-functional stakeholders, drive change management, and partner with engineering, legal, supply, and operations to improve vendor performance and frontline enablement.

Lead regulatory operations for assigned jurisdictions: translate policy into operational playbooks, partner with product and engineering to ship compliance features, run cross-functional execution, use data to prioritize and reduce regulatory risk, and advocate for host experience across launches, escalations, and retention.

Lead product-focused business development for technology, data, and API partnerships. Own strategy, proactively build partner pipeline, negotiate and close complex deals, evaluate build vs. buy tradeoffs, and align cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal) to enable product roadmaps and scale partnership operations globally.

Support global Phase I-III oncology trials across EMEA and LATAM by managing site start-up, TMF quality, site communications, supply tracking, budget/invoice reconciliation, meeting coordination, and compliance with ICH-GCP and FDA. Serve as an autonomous clinical operations partner between CTA and CTM, ensuring timely, high-quality, inspection-ready study deliverables.
