Coordinate site start-up, maintain TMF quality, track IP/supply and site budgets, draft study documents, support monitoring and data query resolution, and ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

Design, deliver, and optimize scalable enablement and training programs for go-to-market teams. Manage LMS, create sales content and certifications, use data from Salesforce/Tableau to improve performance, troubleshoot enablement systems, partner cross-functionally, and lead projects end-to-end to drive measurable business results.
