Position Summary:

NICE Workforce Management is one of NICE’s many innovative products. The NICE Workforce Management Suite addresses your most vital workforce management needs, delivering accuracy, simplicity, reliability, visibility, engagement, alerts and convenience. A powerful foundation for effective workforce management, the NICE WFM suite enables flexible, accurate planning, forecasting, scheduling, intraday management and automation – everything the contact center needs to achieve fast, meaningful results. The cloud-based suite can transform operations for organizations ranging in size from 100 to more than 100,000 employees.

The WFM Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is the primary driver for sales and expertise in an organization’s WFM functions. The individual will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to own the sales process from initial contact through closing the sale. This individual will be able to assess and understand the business environment of a customer and what they are trying to achieve, position the WFM solution in a way that shows we can exceed customer’s needs and differentiate the NICE WFM product from the competition, assist in building a business case and messaging to help push the deal to closure.

Location: Remote

In order to be successful you will have experience:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers to strategize and execute team sales.
  • Independently engaging in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipeline and drive business with both new and existing clients.
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections and aligning value proposition with their business strategy.
  • Partnering with the WFM LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps and industry artifacts.
  • Domain expertise in Workforce Management functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.
