The Opportunity
As a Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the development and innovation of software products within our Software and Product Innovation group. Your role will involve working directly with clients to deliver tailored software engineering solutions that meet their unique needs. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams effectively. You will also focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while mentoring Associates and junior team members.
In this role, you will be part of our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, contributing to the Digital Integration & Architecture go-to-market strategy. Within our Product Innovation competency, you will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow professionally and make a significant impact on client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable applications and microservices
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment processes
- Engaging in business requirements analysis to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Applying object-oriented design principles to create robust and maintainable software architectures
- Managing software testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Leveraging AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance software capabilities and user experiences
- Participating in acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) to validate software functionality and performance
- Supporting digital integration and architecture initiatives to drive business process improvement and innovation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
- Excelling in API management and application development
- Proficient in Java, Python, and JavaScript programming languages

- Developing solutions with Mendix App Platform and React Native
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
