  • 5+ years of experience conducting user research within product, healthcare, technology, or other customer-focused environments.

  • Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods, with demonstrated ability to select and apply the appropriate methodology for a given problem space.

  • Demonstrated expertise facilitating workshops, synthesis sessions, and cross-functional decision-making processes that drive alignment and action from research findings.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor research insights to diverse audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex research initiatives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Experience engaging with individuals in sensitive or health-related contexts, with a thoughtful and empathetic approach to research moderation and participant interactions.

  • Experience in digital health, healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries is preferred.

  • Passion for health, human performance, behavior change, and WHOOP’s mission to unlock human performance and healthspan.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
