  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative physical product concepts from early exploration through functional prototypes using sketching, CAD, visualization, and hands-on making.

  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product construction, with the ability to translate exploratory concepts into products suitable for commercial development.

  • Experience collaborating effectively across Industrial Design, Material Development, and Product Management in a highly cross-functional environment.

  • Exceptional visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate future product visions through presentations, renderings, prototypes, and design narratives.

  • Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design, creative exploration, rapid prototyping, and thoughtful execution across physical products.

  • Self-starter with strong conceptual thinking skills, capable of independently driving innovation projects from early exploration through proof of concept while balancing multiple priorities with creativity, curiosity, and initiative.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
