Job Description

We are looking for a hybrid creator, relationship builder and growth marketer to join our North America Grooming team to help shape the future of how our brands show up in culture.

This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, content creation, community building, and commerce. In addition to helping lead influencer marketing efforts, you will also be an active creator yourself. You will create content, test emerging platform trends, experiment with new formats, and bring firsthand creator expertise to the organization.

This is an opportunity to build a scalable creator ecosystem that drives awareness, engagement, commerce, advocacy, and long-term brand growth.

What You'll Do

Influencer Marketing

· Define the social media influencer strategy for priority brands with a focus on driving relevance, consideration and conversion.

· Partner with agencies and influencer platforms across discovery, recruiting, contract negotiations, briefing and activation.

· Identify influencers that align with our brand equity and criteria for partnership, lead influencer brief development as well as content review and approvals.

· Partner with multi-functional team on contract management, paid media strategy, usage rights, creative best practices and business plans.

· Measure and monitor content performance and translate data into recommendations that improve future activations.

· Create and manage ambassador programs, advocacy communities and creator collectives.

· Maintain a deep understanding of emerging influencers and creators, and cultural trends.

Content Creation

· Act as an in-house creator, leading creation of original content for brand-owned social platforms using modern creator tools and AI-enabled workflows.

· Produce short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.

· Test new content formats and translate learnings into scalable brand practices.

· Serve as an internal example of creator-first best practices.

Social-to-Commerce Activation

· Partner with retail media, eCommerce and brand teams to connect influencer and in-house creator content to commerce outcomes.

· Support affiliate, creator-commerce, and retailer activation opportunities.

· Develop programs that drive traffic, product discovery, conversion, and sales.

· Help measure content impact beyond vanity metrics.

Job Qualifications

Required Experience

· 5+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, social media, communications, community building, talent management, or related fields.

· Demonstrated success building creator or influencer programs.

· Proven experience managing creator relationships.

· Strong content creation skills with an active portfolio.

· Experience creating social-first content.

· Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

· Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in consumer packaged goods, beauty, grooming, retail, eCommerce, lifestyle, or consumer technology categories.

· Experience with end-to-end influencer ecosystem management including outreach, recruitment and contract negotiations.

· Experience with creator marketplaces and creator intelligence platforms.

· Experience managing ambassador, affiliate, referral, or advocacy programs.

· Experience linking creator activity to business outcomes and commerce performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: FORWARD LOOKING

· Build and maintain a robust creator relationship pipeline.

· Develop long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactional campaigns.

· Lead the end-to-end influencer ecosystem: Conduct research to identify relevant influencers within the brand’s niche or industry.

· Manage creator communications from outreach through activation.

· Negotiate partnership terms, content rights, and usage opportunities.
